No. Hotel accommodations are not included in the SRHD Women's Convocation registration fee. Each registrant is responsible for booking and paying for their own lodging.

To make your stay more affordable, we have secured a special discounted hotel rate exclusively for registered attendees. The hotel reservation link and booking instructions will be released by the end of July 2026. We encourage attendees to book early, as rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and the discounted rate is subject to availability.

Registration is non-refundable but transferrable up to 3 business days before convocation.  You can email us at info@srhdconvocation.com and let us know the name of the woman you would like to transfer the ticket to.
